The goal of this website redesign project was to revamp and modernize the online presence of a well-established service provider in the telecommunications industry. The old website had become outdated and difficult to navigate, which is causing frustration among customers and hindering business growth. Our goal was to design a user-friendly and responsive website that reflects the company’s brand image and provides an intuitive and streamlined experience for customers.
We created a mobile-first design that is optimized for all devices and incorporates modern design trends and best practices. The website will include a new plan comparison tool, an online account management system, and a robust support section to address customer questions and concerns.
